Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator to join our team, working on commercial projects across various sectors. As an Electrical Estimator, you will be responsible for pricing electrical or MEP commercial projects, working closely with project managers and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct site surveys and tender interviews to gather project information and requirements.
  • Work with project managers to ensure materials orders are placed on time and in line with tender specifications.
  • Attend meetings with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to discuss contractual and financial issues.
  • Issue payment or pay less notices in line with contract requirements for larger projects.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including the fit-out team and mechanical team, to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years' experience in pricing electrical or MEP commercial projects, with a strong understanding of technical and commercial aspects.
  • Proficient in using computers and data handling, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • General understanding of mechanical and plumbing systems.
