About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Worker to join our team at C M Community Care Limited. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including washing, dressing, and administering medication
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as preparing meals and providing companionship
  • Work collaboratively with our experienced management team to ensure the highest standards of care are delivered
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and their families, providing emotional support and reassurance
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring individual needs are met
Requirements
  • Passion for caring for others and making a positive difference in people's lives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings
  • Right to work in the UK
