Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee, support, and sustain the global on-premise and cloud-based infrastructures.
- Facilitate the continuous global transition from traditional IT infrastructure to a cloud-managed framework.
- Design, manage, and execute infrastructure initiatives to achieve organization-wide objectives.
- Conduct routine preventative maintenance assessments, review logs and servers to ensure proper updates, and implement corrective measures to address any identified issues.
- Safeguard the security and integrity of data and IT systems while educating personnel on best practices.
- Coordinate with external vendors and support teams for the ongoing maintenance and support of the global infrastructure landscape.
Required Experience:
- Proficient working knowledge and support of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and Admin center.
- Familiarity with Microsoft cloud solutions, including M365, AzureAD, Defender ATP, Endpoint Manager, OneDrive, etc.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Technologies, including Windows Servers (2012, 2016 & 2019).
- Experience with Active Directory and Group Policies.
- Extensive experience with VMWare, vCentre, and ESXi.
- Solid understanding of Storage solutions, SAN, NAS, and Backup Technologies.
- Comprehensive IT infrastructure expertise with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience.
