Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Bar Team Member to join our team at Clays Venues. As a Bar Team Member, you will play a key role in supporting our bartenders and floor team in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with the kitchen and front of house team to deliver exceptional standards of service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the preparation of drinks and cocktails
  • Assist with the delivery of service during peak hours
  • Provide exceptional customer service and engage with our guests
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar area
  • Ensure the bar is stocked and ready for service
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements
