We're seeking a seasoned Performance Lead to drive growth and expansion for our digital healthcare company. With a strong track record of running high-budget paid media campaigns, you'll oversee campaign strategies across multiple channels and collaborate with our in-house creative team to maximize ROI.


Campaign Management:
Lead the optimization of high-budget paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, and TikTok, ensuring efficiency and scalability.

Strategy Development:

Develop high-impact marketing strategies by identifying the most effective levers to drive results, including creative, targeting, post-click experience, and algorithmic optimization.


Collaboration with Creative Teams:
Work closely with creative teams to generate and iterate on ad concepts, establishing a robust feedback loop to consistently improve ad performance.

Data-Driven Decision Making:
Utilize patient insights, data, and industry trends to write and manage creative briefs, delivering weekly performance reports and insights to the wider acquisition team.

Best Practice Leadership:
Stay at the forefront of industry best practices, promoting cutting-edge performance marketing methodologies within the company.

Creative Ownership:

Take ownership of a larger part of the creative process, offering proactive ideas and solutions that deliver measurable results.

7-10 years of performance marketing experience, with a proven track record of running and optimizing high-budget paid media campaigns across multiple platforms.
