Senior Building Surveyor Wanted

Brandon James Ltd, a leading independent practice, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Building Surveyor to join their Berkshire-based office.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Building Surveyor or Associate Building Surveyor level individual who is keen to progress their career, working on major insurance claim projects and contributing to the growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a range of projects, including residential and commercial properties, with a focus on major insurance claims.
  • Work on a portfolio of projects, encompassing professional and project service lines.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • MRICS qualified (not essential)
  • RICS accredited degree
  • Experience within a construction-focused practice, ideally
  • Residential experience would be advantageous
