Gas Service and Repair Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Gas Service and Repair Engineer to join our team at Rock Recruitment. As a Gas Service and Repair Engineer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and repair solutions to our clients in the private sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out gas service and repair work to the highest standards, ensuring customer satisfaction and safety.
  • Diagnose and repair gas boilers, heating systems, and other gas appliances.
  • Conduct regular maintenance and servicing of gas equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
  • Work independently, managing your workload and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and support.

Requirements:

  • Hold a valid Gas Safe registration and Gas Flue Analyser certification.
  • Own a reliable van and necessary tools for the job.
  • Hold a full UK Clean driving license.
  • Have domestic experience in gas service and repair.
  • Be competent in boiler diagnostics, servicing, installation, maintenance, and repairs across all major brands.
  • Possess strong customer service skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience managing your own workload and prioritizing tasks.
  • Qualified installer of vented and unvented cylinders.
  • Confident driving and working in and around Central London.
  • Ability to work confidently in high-end properties.
  • Experience with power-flushing heating systems.
  • Experience in plumbing maintenance and bathroom installations.
