About the Role

Fugro NL Services B.V. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced USV Master to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of our Unmanned Surface Vessels (USVs).

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the safety of personnel, USVs, and the environment
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the USV Operators team
  • Collaborate with other operational teams to deliver projects efficiently and effectively
  • Implement QHSSE procedures and promote a positive safety culture
  • Monitor team performance, identify training needs, and advise on improvements
Requirements
  • Master 200GRT Unlimited area level or Yacht Master Ocean Certificate
  • At least three years' experience in a maritime management environment
  • Significant management experience in a marine and project-driven environment
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English
  • Ability to work in confined and challenging conditions
