Retirement Housing Coordinator

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Retirement Housing Coordinator to join our team at Trust Housing Association. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and independence of our tenants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide advice and assistance in housing management and property-related issues to our tenants.
- Work closely with tenants to promote and support independent living.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants, their families, and other stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of housing and support services.
Requirements:
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Previous experience of working with older people is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
What We Offer:
- A competitive annual salary.
- 25 hours per week, worked Monday to Friday.
- 33 days annual leave per year.
