Job Title: English Coach

Our clients are seeking a highly skilled English Coach to join their team. As an English Coach, you will be responsible for coaching, mentoring, and tutoring students to achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver high-quality coaching and mentoring to students in a classroom and workshop environment.
  2. Develop and implement individualized learning programs that meet the needs of students.
  3. Assess student progress and provide feedback to ensure they are meeting their goals.
  4. Work closely with IQA's to ensure best practices are followed and development needs are met.
  5. Contribute to the production of high-quality learning materials.
  6. Ensure the well-being and safety of students are prioritized at all times.
Requirements:
  1. Relevant occupational sector experience and relevant qualifications (at a level 3 or higher than delivery).
  2. Functional Skills Level 2 in English, Maths, and ICT or equivalent, or willing to undertake.
  3. Ability to deliver high-quality coaching that meets learner needs.
  4. Ability to deliver engaging and interactive teaching in the workshop to meet learners' needs.
  5. Proactively drive learner performance and engagement.
Desirable:
  1. Coaching qualification.
  2. Teaching qualification Cert ed/CTTLS/DTTLS.
  3. Knowledge of Government funded training.
