Job Title: Residential Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Residential Support Worker to join our team at Kent County Council. As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing support and care to unaccompanied asylum-seeking children in our residential settings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct support and care to children in our residential settings
  • Develop and implement individual care plans to meet the needs of each child
  • Work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for children
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment
