Gem Partnership Ltd is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our production team as a Production Operative. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and accurate production of customer mailings.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • **Line Set-ups**: Complete line set-ups in a timely manner, adhering to provided timescales to ensure seamless production.
  • **Stock Management**: Ensure stock is correctly loaded as per works instructions to facilitate automated enclosing.
  • **Quality Control**: Conduct regular quality checks throughout the process to guarantee 100% accuracy against customer specifications.
  • **End-of-Line Checks**: Perform end-of-line checks as necessary, including inkjet quality, hex checks, and mail mark barcode integrity.
  • **Quality Assurance**: Ensure all quality checks are completed in a timely and appropriate manner.
  • **Stock Packing**: Pack stock correctly in accordance with work instructions and ticket requirements, flagging any discrepancies immediately.
  • **Stock Retrieval**: Retrieve and sort stock as detailed in works instructions.
  • **Machine Maintenance**: Assist in the repair and/or correction of minor machine breakdowns, such as strappers and stackers.
