About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Identity Access Solutions Engineer to join our team at Clifford Chance. As a key member of our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and maintaining Identity across all solutions driving our cloud-first principles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Designing and implementing policies, role-based access controls (RBAC), Privileged Identity (and Access) Management, Conditional Access policies, SSO and SAML integrations, SCIM, Logic Apps, HR provisioning via JML workflows.
  • Establishing and enforcing robust authentication and authorization mechanisms.
  • Creating and updating policy and controls documentation.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in Identity Management with a strong focus on Microsoft Technologies.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID including Connect/Coud sync, Multi-Factor Authentication, Identity Protection, Conditional Access policies, Entitlement Management, Access Packages, Access Reviews, and Enterprise application integrations.
  • Proficiency in creating and managing Conditional Access policies, Privileged Identity Management and External Identity access controls.
  • Hands-on experience with Active Directory and Entra ID integrations.
  • Familiarity with identity protocols such as SSO, OAuth, SAML and OpenID Connect.
  • Strong understanding of security concepts, including, but not limited to, authentication and authorization.
  • Good knowledge of Logic apps and understanding of HR driven provisioning to support JML lifecycle workflows.
