Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Implement SHEQ Policies: Create and maintain Health & Safety, Environment, and Quality policies that meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Hazard Identification and Risk Mitigation: Identify potential hazards and risks within the business and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.
- Training and Development: Develop training programs, strategies, and processes to improve the company's Health & Safety, Environment, Quality, and Corporate responsibility performance.
- Award Management: Maintain the company's prestigious RoSPA Gold Award and Social Value Quality Mark (SVQM) by ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Conduct safety meetings with relevant stakeholders across all sites to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Qualifications: NEBOSH General Certificate or Diploma accredited.
- Experience: Previous experience working within a similar position, ideally with an Engineering, Manufacturing, or Industrial environment.
- Benefits: 10% Performance-related pay, 23 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays, rising to 25 days with service, Life assurance, On-site car parking, and 4% Employer Pension Contribution.
