Job Title: Mechanical and CNC Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical and CNC Engineer to join our innovative team at Syntech Recruitment Ltd. As a Mechanical and CNC Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing award-winning products.

About the Role:

This is an exceptional opportunity for an energetic and enthusiastic Mechanical Engineer to contribute to the design and development of cutting-edge engineering solutions. You will lead the mechanical design for new and existing products, creating high-quality modelling and drawings at component, subsystem, and system levels in line with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the mechanical design for new and existing products.
  • Create high-quality modelling and drawings at component, subsystem, and system levels in line with industry standards.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in engineering (Master's level preferred) with a strong mechanical focus, ideally specializing in Thermodynamics, Aerodynamics/Fluid Dynamics, Dynamics and Vibrations, or Renewable Energy.
  • Minimum of 3 years of industrial experience in mechanical design of engineering systems.
  • Experience in design for manufacture and assembly.
  • Proficiency in 3D CAD, ideally SolidWorks, with a strong understanding of industry-standard drawing practices.
  • Ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at various levels and drive projects to successful completion in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
