Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced IT Systems Specialist to join our team on a contractual basis. As an IT Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and integrating IT systems, specifically CRM and ERP, and ensuring data security.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage internal IT systems to ensure seamless operation and optimal performance.
  2. Support IT infrastructure to prevent downtime and ensure business continuity.
  3. Maintain IT systems and equipment, including CRM, ERP, and MS Office, to ensure they are up-to-date and functioning correctly.
  4. Integrate new systems and provide training to staff as needed.
  5. Ensure data security by implementing and maintaining robust security measures.

Requirements:

  1. Experience with CRM and ERP systems is essential.
  2. Excellent knowledge of computer hardware and software systems is required.
  3. Good skills in Windows server and desktop are necessary.
  4. Ability to work remotely from our Swindon office is required.

Nice to Have:

  1. Experience in IT security is desirable.
  2. Salesforce knowledge is beneficial.
  3. Linux knowledge is a plus.
