About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a top-ranked contentious trusts and probate team at a thriving Top 200 firm based in Essex. The firm has a strong reputation for dealing with high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) private client work, and their contentious probate team is highly regarded in the industry.

As a contentious trusts and probate solicitor, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload and working closely with the wider team to deliver exceptional results for clients. You will have the opportunity to work on a broad range of cases, including contested probate, and will be supported by a team of experienced lawyers and professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage your own caseload of contentious probate cases
  • Work closely with the wider team to deliver exceptional results for clients
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in contentious probate law and practice
Requirements
  • 2+ years of PQE in contentious probate
