  • Recognize preventive maintenance requirements and improve equipment functionality.

  • Lead initiatives as a project manager or project engineer focusing on equipment innovation.
  • Work closely with machinery suppliers to troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Engage in training and professional development activities.
  • Conduct electrical troubleshooting and machine shop tasks, including PLC diagnostics.
  • Exhibit flexibility to accommodate various shifts based on production needs.
Essential Qualifications:
  • NVQ level 3, HND, or equivalent in Electrical Engineering.
  • 17th or 18th edition wiring regulations certification.
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Experience in electrical engineering within the process or packaging industry.
  • Familiarity with PLC systems.
