We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nursery Nurse to join our team at Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children in our nursery.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and implement engaging activities and play opportunities to promote children's development within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Compile and maintain accurate development records for children, reporting to the Team Leader as required.
- Provide a safe, stimulating, and caring environment at all times, ensuring the well-being and happiness of the children in our care.
- Demonstrate good practice in safeguarding children and child protection, working closely with the nursery and area SENCO as necessary.
- Build strong relationships with children and their families, providing key care and support.
- Collaborate with Early Years and other professional teams to continuously improve the quality of childcare and education, staying up-to-date with current developments in childcare practice and policy.
