We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Paraplanner to join our team at Eventus Recruitment. As a Senior Paraplanner, you will play a key role in supporting our Financial Planners in providing expert financial planning advice to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Support Financial Planners in preparing and implementing financial plans and suitability reports.
- Conduct research and analysis to meet client needs and objectives.
- Provide technical and compliance support to other areas of the business.
- Develop and maintain internal relationships with various areas of the business to meet agreed targets.
- Ensure that any business conducted is done in a responsible and compliant manner.
- Meet all legislative requirements, both internally and externally.
- Excellent understanding of the financial planning process.
- Good report writing skills.
- Proficient IT skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Experience working in a Paraplanning role.
- Achieved professional qualifications to at least Level 4 (CII Diploma in Financial Planning).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to quality, detail, and accuracy.
- Ability to work within tight deadlines.
- Flexible and able to deal with a multitude of tasks at once.
- Hybrid working arrangement, with 3 days remote working at home.
- Excellent pension scheme, with up to 7.5% employer contribution.
