About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Systemic Psychotherapist to join our team at the NHS. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, specialist systemic psychotherapy services to individuals, carers, families, and groups.

The successful candidate will have a recognized accredited postgraduate level training in a psychological therapy relevant to children and young people, and will be professionally registered to work with this client group. You will have a high level of competence in applying a psychological therapy to complex difficulties appropriate for this therapy with the client group served by the post.

You will work autonomously within professional guidelines and exercise responsibility for the systematic governance of psychological practice within the service/team. You will also be responsible for holding and managing a clinical caseload and exercising autonomous professional responsibility for the planning and prioritizing of your own workload and the assessment, treatment, and discharge of clients, within the bounds of the service operational policy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with other members of the clinical team, as well as with other professionals and agencies as required.
