Job Description

We are seeking a Trainee Casino Dealer to join our team at Grosvenor Casino, Birmingham Hill Street. As a Trainee Casino Dealer, you will participate in our exclusive Grosvenor Gaming Academy, where you will learn the skills and knowledge required to become a successful dealer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in the Grosvenor Gaming Academy to learn dealing skills and knowledge
  • Work as a dealer in a fast-paced casino environment
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive gaming experience for customers
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer service targets

Requirements

  • Able to work shifts at any time of the day, including weekends and bank holidays
  • Must be 18+ and have the right to work in the UK
  • Any gaming or customer-facing experience would be an advantage
