About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Finance Assistant to join our friendly team in Whiteley. In this role, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth running of our finance department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the preparation of management accounts, purchase ledger, and processing payments and raising invoices
  • Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records
  • Provide administrative support to the finance team
  • Develop and maintain strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Requirements
  • AAT Level 4 qualified (or working towards)
  • Minimum of 2 year's experience in a finance role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel essential)
