Location: Reside in the North of the UK, covering Yorkshire, Manchester, Lancashire, and the Midlands areas.

We are seeking an experienced Laundry Engineer, White Goods Engineer, or Domestic Appliance Engineer with Gas ACS certification to join our team at StartMonday.

The Company

StartMonday is a rapidly growing player in the Commercial Laundry sector, selling, leasing, servicing, repairing, and maintaining Commercial Laundry Equipment in various sectors across the Central and North of the UK.

The Job

As a Field Service Engineer, you will be based from home and work in a region, resolving issues, and keeping our customers' laundry equipment up and running. You will represent the company while out and about, so excellent people skills and effective liaison with the office team are essential.

Your Experience

We are looking for a candidate with:

  1. Experience in using a Multi Meter and fault finding
  2. A valid UK driving license
  3. Gas Safe certification
  4. A willingness to train and develop through our in-house training program on laundry appliances
  5. The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  6. A professional approach and strong communication skills
Hours & Remuneration

Monday to Friday, with no weekend working or callout. Overtime paid for weekend or bank holidays.

Benefits include:

  • 33 days holiday (25 days holiday + Banks)
  • Salary circa £38,000 - £40,000 based on certification/experience
  • Performance Bonus Scheme
  • Welcome bonus of £1500 payable on successful completion of probation period
