Job Title: Unqualified SEN Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Unqualified SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at a large Primary School in the Borough of Ealing.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will work with Primary School children with a range of SEN needs, including Autism / ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and behavioural difficulties. This will be across 3 Early Years classes - Nursery & Reception.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support children with SEN needs in a Primary School setting
  • Work effectively as part of a team to provide a supportive and inclusive learning environment
  • Assist with lesson planning and delivery to meet the needs of children with SEN
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
Person Specification:
  • Good degree from a reputable University
  • Good understanding of SEN and its impact on children's learning
  • Experience working with children with SEN or personal experience with SEN
  • Passionate about supporting children with SEN and promoting inclusion
  • Calm and compassionate nature, with excellent communication skills
