Electrical Shift Maintenance Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Electrical Shift Maintenance Engineer to join our team at a global consumer manufacturing company in the Wakefield area. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our electrical systems and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  2. Conduct regular inspections and assessments to identify potential issues and implement preventative measures.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement maintenance plans and schedules.
  4. Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.

Requirements:

  • Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical engineering or maintenance or similar manufacturing.
  • HND or HNC diploma in Electrical or Mechanical engineering.
  • Or equivalent of any of the above in electrical or mechanical fields preferably with a manufacturing background.
