Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive patient care and effective communication.
  • Educate patients and their families about stroke management and recovery strategies, promoting independence and empowerment.
  • Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal rehabilitation outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of evidence-based practice guidelines and protocols to enhance patient care.

Requirements:

  • At least one year of neurorehabilitation experience, with a preference for stroke experience.
  • HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of stroke rehabilitation, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
