Technical Proficiency: The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in setting up and configuring operational management systems, with a preference for familiarity with platforms such as MRI Repairs or AccuServ. Additionally, you should be adept at supporting proposals and client presentations as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the mobilization of new client contracts as part of a comprehensive mobilization team, acting as the systems subject matter expert.
  • Drive operational consistency by defining and implementing standard operating procedures for the mobilization of new client contracts.
  • Enhance data integrity through effective controls and measures in collaboration with the Liberty Operations and ICT Data teams.
  • Maintain and contribute to documentation related to client mobilizations, including progress reports and risk assessments.
  • Keep a proactive overview of all upcoming and ongoing mobilizations by coordinating with the business development teams.
  • Assist the business development team with relevant information to support bid submissions and proposals.
  • Represent the ICT mobilization function during client presentations as the subject matter expert.
  • Contribute to the ICT systems development roadmap alongside the ICT Systems Product Manager.
  • Collaborate with other ICT functions, including Infrastructure and Service Management teams.

The successful candidate will be a visionary leader, expected to guide and enhance the mobilization process of new contracts in alignment with organizational objectives. You will take charge of ICT mobilization initiatives while balancing business priorities within established budgets.
