**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Practitioner Psychologist to join our team at Outcomes First Group. As a key member of our therapeutic services team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality mental health services to our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement effective therapeutic plans to support clients with complex mental health needs
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and goals
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients, using evidence-based approaches
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless service delivery and coordination
  • Participate in regular supervision and training to maintain professional development and expertise
