Key Responsibilities- Regulatory Strategy Execution: Interpret and convey regulatory requirements in global markets, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

- Regulatory Affairs Management: Proactively monitor global regulatory policies to ensure product compliance, and represent regulatory affairs on in-house product teams and/or joint external partnership teams.
- Regulatory Go-to-Market Strategy: Create a regulatory go-to-market strategy for assigned products, ensuring timely and compliant product launches.
- Advanced Scientific Degree: Hold an advanced scientific degree, such as a Master's or Ph.D., in a relevant field.
- Regulatory Affairs Experience: Possess significant experience in regulatory affairs, with a strong understanding of global regulatory requirements.
- Natural Health Products Experience: Have experience working with natural health products/dietary supplements, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements in this area.
- Communication Skills: Be well-versed in communicating regulatory strategy, issues, and risks in written and verbal format.
- Team Collaboration: Possess excellent collaboration and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, matrix team environment.
