About the Role

Key Responsibilities

As the Audit Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in advancing the firm's audit services. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Thorough planning of audit assignments.
  • Providing comprehensive briefings to team members regarding client specifics.
  • Ensuring strict compliance with auditing standards.
  • Meeting and exceeding both client and regulatory deadlines.

You will oversee audit assignments in accordance with the firm's operational protocols, including managing client arrangements, cost assessments, and invoicing.

Quality Assurance

Maintaining the highest standards of audit quality is essential. You will actively participate in both internal and external quality assurance initiatives.

Professional Development

Staying updated with technical advancements and industry trends through ongoing professional development is vital.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • ACA or ACCA qualification.
  • Extensive experience in delivering high-quality audits.
  • Familiarity with auditing practices within the SME sector is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position is approximately £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
