Responsibilities of a Talent Acquisition Specialist:
- Engaging in business development by reaching out to both new and existing clients to create opportunities
- Collaborating with clients to ascertain their needs and requirements for filling vacancies
- Participating in client meetings and school visits
- Reviewing CVs, conducting phone screenings, and interviewing candidates
- Successfully filling vacancies within specified timeframes
- Developing a candidate pipeline to promptly respond to client needs
- Maintaining regular communication with candidates and clients to foster strong relationships
