Position: Human Resources Business Partner
We are in search of a seasoned HR professional to become an integral part of our dedicated workforce. The HR Business Partner works closely with organizational leaders to develop people-centric strategies that align with business goals. This position emphasizes the UK-based PR and Promotions division within our Medical Strategy and Communications sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive HR strategy in alignment with global and practice area objectives
- Implement strategic HR initiatives including compensation practices, performance evaluation, talent development, and training programs
- Collaborate with global HR leaders to formulate business-specific strategies
- Convert business needs into effective HR solutions
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR Business Partner or Generalist capacity
- Experience in a consulting setting is advantageous
- CIPD certification is preferred
- Strong analytical thinking and data-informed decision-making abilities
- Capability to manage various tasks and prioritize efficiently
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold a professional demeanor
- Previous experience in line management is a plus
- Proven ability to align organizational strategy with HR objectives
