Position OverviewThe Opportunity:

The Role:
Strategic Leadership: You will develop and advocate for our product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with our ambitious goals in the EdTech sector.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: You will partner closely with teams across engineering, content, sales, marketing, and customer success, translating business objectives into actionable products and features.
Customer Advocacy: You will prioritize features and improvements based on user needs, market trends, and technical feasibility. You will be the voice of our users, making decisions grounded in data.
Subject Matter Expertise: You will spearhead early discovery for new opportunities to innovate or enhance our offerings for educators and students.
Data and Analytics: You will establish and monitor product metrics, utilizing data-driven insights to guide product decisions and identify growth opportunities.
Innovation: You will keep abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, user needs, and behaviors, leveraging insights to advance our business.
QualificationsWe encourage you to apply if you possess:
- A proven track record in scaling web-based EdTech products, particularly within Middle, Secondary, and Higher Education sectors in the US and UK, aimed at enhancing teacher effectiveness and student outcomes.
- Exceptional leadership skills, with a talent for inspiring and guiding cross-functional teams.
- A data-driven approach, combined with a relentless curiosity and ambition to elevate our business.
- Expertise in product management principles and a solid foundation in user research and usability testing.
- A passion for collaboration and people, ensuring your teams are engaged, supported, and encouraged in their professional growth.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in EdTech.
- At least 5 years of experience in Product Management.
- Experience in AI/ML technologies.
- Professional familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), School Information Systems (SIS), and Learning Tools Interoperability (LTI).
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
