Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled CRM Manager to lead the execution and optimisation of our CRM campaigns, driving customer engagement and loyalty through email, app notifications, and other digital channels. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll work closely with designers and other stakeholders to develop and deliver strategic CRM plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute CRM campaigns across email, app notifications, and other digital channels
  • Lead and develop a team of designers and other stakeholders to deliver CRM plans
  • Analyse customer data and insights to inform marketing decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and customer engagement
  • Measure and optimise campaign performance using data and analytics
Requirements
  • Proven experience in CRM management, digital marketing, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive business decisions
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with CRM software and marketing automation tools
  • Strong understanding of customer behaviour and marketing principles
