We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Advisor to join our team at Service Care Solutions - Housing. As a Senior HR Advisor, you will provide expert HR advice and support to schools and academies, ensuring a high-quality HR service is delivered.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide expert HR advice and guidance to schools and academies on a wide range of HR matters, including employee relations, employment law, and school-specific legislation.
  • Investigate and resolve complex HR cases, including disciplinary, grievance, sickness absence, TUPE, and redundancy.
  • Develop and implement school-based HR policies and procedures, working closely with Trade Union representatives.
  • Design and deliver HR training sessions for school clients, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to manage HR effectively.
  • Collaborate with school leaders to ensure HR practices align with school-specific legislation and company policies.
  • Travel throughout Herefordshire to attend on-site school meetings as required.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in managing and solving complex HR casework.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and school-specific legislation.
  • CIPD qualified or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent time management and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously under the guidance of a line manager.
  • Own transport required for travel to client sites.
