  • Shape the overall visitor experience by introducing innovative, audience-focused ideas that enhance the atmosphere and engagement.
  • Act as the primary representative on social media, developing content that informs and inspires our audience.
  • Manage the Visitor Journey Framework, working with various teams to create an inclusive and welcoming environment for all visitors.
  • Engage with local community groups to foster partnerships that enrich the visitor experience.
  • Handle Duty Management and Event Management responsibilities, which may require weekend availability.
