BMR Solutions is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Process Engineer to join a leading global organization specializing in the oil and gas, rail, and subsea industries. The primary focus of this role is to enhance production quality, minimize costs, and perform audits of external manufacturers.

This position is ideal for a seasoned manufacturing engineer with a background in quality assurance and inspection processes related to PCBA and electromechanical assemblies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee a small production team while implementing lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conduct audits of external manufacturers.
- Address technical and quality challenges throughout the production cycle.
- Collaborate with design, quality, and supply chain teams to optimize manufacturing processes.
- Focus on quality enhancement, cost reduction, and performance monitoring of external manufacturers.

Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in applying Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Background in performing quality inspections of PCBAs.
- Familiarity with wiring regulations (18th Edition) and standards for electrical installations.
- Proficient in using ERP/MRP systems.
- Experience with PCB and high-reliability electromechanical assemblies in sectors such as oil and gas, rail, and subsea.
