**Job Summary:**

Pure Staff Ltd is seeking an experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver to join our client in Wolverhampton. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient movement of goods within our warehouse and delivery operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Conduct pre-shift safety checks on FLT equipment and report any defects or issues to the relevant personnel
* Load and unload double deck trailers with precision and care, ensuring accurate inventory management and minimizing damage to goods
* Maintain a clean and organized working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations and guidelines
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve daily delivery targets and meet customer expectations

**Requirements:**

* Accredited counterbalance FLT license with recent experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently when required
* Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
* Comfortable working in a dynamic, busy environment with varying temperatures and noise levels

**What We Offer:**

* Competitive hourly rate of £14.12
* Temporary to permanent role for the right candidate
* Monday to Friday, 47.5 hours per week, with start times between 18:00 - 21:00 and finish times between 04:00 - 07:00
