We are seeking an experienced Registered Service Manager to lead our care at home organization in Dundee. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the efficient day-to-day running of the business and ensuring the highest quality of care for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the planning and delivery of support packages and care rotas to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Handle reports and manage financial budgets to ensure effective resource allocation.
- Liaise with health professionals and local community organizations to maintain partnerships and ensure high-quality care.
- Hire and train new staff, providing ongoing supervision and development for existing team members.
- Take ownership of quality assurance and governance, conducting regular spot checks, service reviews, internal audits, and risk assessments.
- Supervise the assessment of client needs and develop plans to ensure the most appropriate service provisions.
- Actively promote independence by safeguarding complex needs, organizing activities, and providing advice and support to families.
- At least 2 years of extensive experience in care management, with a recognized professional qualification in health and social care, health, teaching, or education.
- SSSC Registration is essential, with a good understanding of regulatory responsibilities and excellent track record with Care Inspectorate reports.
- Experience in holistic assessment of need, support, and risk, as well as multi-agency casework planning.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate with a range of people using various methods.
- Adult and children management experience is preferable.
- Salary of £32,000 to £35,000 per year.
