We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our expanding Construction team in the Shropshire area. This is a permanent full-time role with a competitive salary package and associated benefits.
The ideal candidate will have a Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) qualification, a driving license, and ideally possess the following certifications:
- CITB Temporary Works Supervisor (TWSTC) Course
- First Aid
- Asbestos Awareness
- Fire Warden
- CDM regulations
- CSCS (not essential)
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Communicating effectively with the Contract team and leading and supporting the site team
- Managing sub-contractors to achieve project requirements
- Delivering projects on time, on budget, and to a high standard
- Ensuring adherence to all relevant Health and Safety Procedures/Legislation
- Project reporting and administration, with confidence in using Word and Excel
