The Role:

The Site Agent will be responsible for the management of the construction site to achieve project delivery objectives while maintaining health and safety, quality, environmental impact, and cost control standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Site Management
  • Commercial performance optimization
  • Project delivery and success
  • Safety and environmental management
  • Quality control and assurance
  • Procurement and resource management
  • Client interface and stakeholder management
  • Cost control and value maximization
  • Reporting and site diaries

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Successful experience in construction management, specifically in MEP packages and/or utilities
  • Demonstrated commercial and contractual knowledge
  • Experience in cost-conscious environments
  • Good people management skills
  • Experience in managing subcontractors and stakeholders
  • Significant MEP technology knowledge and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and computer literacy skills

Desirable skills:

Airport experience, international organization experience, and membership in an MEP institution are desirable.
