About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Priory Group. As a Registered Mental Health Nurse, you will play a vital leadership role on the ward, coordinating our efforts, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring that our patients receive the best possible care at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Lead by example, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and deliver training programs, ensuring that staff have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care.
