Landlord Acquisition Consultant

A great opportunity has arisen for a skilled professional to join our client based in London, working with an accredited housing supplier to numerous local authorities across the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Arrange and conduct viewings for properties, ensuring effective diary management
  • Identify and approach private sector landlords to promote the company's bespoke Guaranteed Rental services
  • Work alongside the Lettings Administration department to ensure all lets are legally compliant and administered effectively
  • Acquire a sufficient supply of private sector accommodation, providing suitable properties to meet the requirements of clients in housing need
  • Develop effective marketing and procurement strategies to maximize the number of affordable private rented accommodation available to the business
  • Provide advice, support, and encouragement to landlords with homes to let, increasing the number of landlords and letting agencies working with the organization
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with new and existing landlords and letting agents
  • Contribute to research and service development of the Housing Solutions team, PRS, and Local Lettings Agencies
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years Estate Agency experience
  • Target-driven and strong desire to succeed within a sales environment
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate ideas in a concise way
  • Enjoy working in a team environment
  • Desire to progress and challenge yourself continually
  • Experience an advantage but not essential
  • Strong desire to succeed within a sales environment
  • Full valid UK driving license
Working Hours and Salary:

Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm

Salary range: £33,000 to £37,000pa, OTE £50,000 to £60,000
