We are seeking a skilled Substance Misuse Recovery Coordinator to join our team at Red Sector Recruitment Limited. This is a 3-month contract position, starting ASAP, with a negotiable hourly rate between £20-22.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support service users throughout their treatment and recovery journey, from initial entry to ongoing care.
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and develop recovery plans, ensuring seamless referrals to relevant services.
- Reduce harm to service users and the community by promoting healthy behaviors and access to support networks.
- Empower carers, service users, and the community through involvement and advocacy.
- Provide access to partnership services, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Support social reintegration, enabling service users to lead meaningful lives, promoting recovery, resilience, and self-determination.
Requirements:
- An Enhanced Adults and Children's DBS is mandatory for this position.
