Job Overview

At MSA - The Safety Company, our mission is to empower lives by providing innovative safety solutions. As a Safety Equipment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in protecting people and facility infrastructures around the world.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the highest levels of site safety and customer service are maintained while carrying out site-based installations, testing, and maintenance of height safety equipment in accordance with manufacturers' requirements and drawings.
  • Provide detailed, legible paperwork upon completion of new installations, including site-specific manuals for clients, and conduct inspections to identify any additional requirements for fall protection equipment or training.
  • Collaborate with the Team Leader and senior management to assist in the efficient running of the business and contribute to the company's profit objectives.

Requirements

  • Clean driver's license
  • Ability to clear DBS/CRB/Scottish Disclosure
  • Comfortable working at height
  • Previous experience in a mobile, site-based role is preferred
  • Good level of understanding of English and Maths for basic administrative tasks
  • IPAF and PASMA training (not essential, can be attained during employment)
