**Job Title:** Battery Systems Engineer

**Job Description:**

We are seeking a skilled Battery Systems Engineer to join our expanding team at Contechs. As a key member of our European Electrified Propulsion Engineering team, you will be responsible for the system design and validation of high voltage battery units.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop high voltage battery units for next-generation electric vehicles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product development deliverables and program attribute targets are met.
• Develop and implement robustness and reliability tools to ensure high-quality battery units.
• Work closely with the European Electrified Propulsion Engineering team to integrate high voltage components.

Requirements:

• Demonstrable experience in battery systems engineering with little supervision.
• Strong understanding of attribute trade-off and management.
• Proficiency in GPDS process and utilization of Teamcenter, FEDE Workbench, VSEM, G8D, and DFMEA.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
