About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Boutique Manager to join our team at Van Cleef & Arpels. As a key member of our boutique management team, you will be responsible for supporting the Boutique Manager in building customer loyalty and leading the sales team to optimize and increase turnover and ensure the profitability of the store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive turnover and customer loyalty
  • Manage and develop the sales team to ensure smooth store operations and achieve business objectives
  • Oversee financial, administrative, and audit management of the boutique
  • Support the Boutique Manager in their duties and provide operational and managerial relief when needed
