They are seeking a motivated individual with exceptional attention to detail and a proven ability to close significant capital sales to drive the robotic transformation.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and pursuing new accounts, managing them through the sales process to successful conversion.
- Enhancing engagement across additional locations of key accounts.
- Overseeing the sales pipeline and providing regular updates to senior management.
- Influencing and securing business with stakeholders at various levels, from Production Managers to CFOs.
- Participating in selected industry trade shows to represent the company (both domestically and internationally).
- Providing customer insights to the product development team.
- Conducting customer site visits (approximately 80% of your time).
What we offer:
- A competitive salary of around £50,000 per annum plus an uncapped commission structure.
- On-target earnings of £25,000-30,000 in your first year.
- Outstanding training and development opportunities.
- Car allowance included.
- 22 days of annual leave plus public holidays.
Qualifications required:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in capital sales.
- Experience in business development within the Food & Beverage or FMCG sectors is preferred but not mandatory.
- A demonstrated history of generating new business and nurturing existing relationships.
- A consultative sales approach with experience managing sales cycles ranging from 2 to 12 months.
