About the Role

We're seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team at our residential home in Pegswood, Morpeth. You'll be supporting 7 individuals with learning disabilities and complex health needs, promoting their independence and well-being. Our team is flexible and adaptable, and we're looking for someone who can match our personalities and energy levels.

As a Support Worker, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and career with us, with ongoing training and support. We invest in our people, providing a pension scheme, flexible working hours, and a range of benefits.

Our home is a detached bungalow in a quiet area, with communal areas and a mini bus for outings. We're close to neighboring towns, offering access to amenities and services. We're looking for someone who is friendly, fun-loving, and able to adapt to our diverse needs.
